My trust-based space was used in a way that benefited others more than it respected me or my contribution.

In ethical group dynamics, the issue is not only intent — it is impact + asymmetry of benefit.

When someone is given access to a trust-based or lived-experience space, the expectation is:

• reciprocity in respect
• acknowledgment of origin where relevant
• and care not to extract identity, story, or credibility for personal gain without context or consent

When that balance is broken, it creates an ethical breach.
