Formal Notice – Request for Removal and Cessation of Use

If the content, materials, and any references to my work and lived experience are not removed voluntarily and in full, I will proceed with formal takedown actions through the relevant platforms and hosting services.

This includes, where applicable, filing copyright infringement complaints, privacy violation reports, and misrepresentation or impersonation reports.

I will document all instances of unauthorized use, including reposted content, derivative content based on my lived experience, and any monetized material linked to my contributions, including Taboo Topics and The Black Box.

I will also retain records of prior written requests for removal that have not been acted upon: ie. God Made Me African by K.B Mulera 2021.

Where relevant, I will note that this matter was raised directly in 2023 and was not resolved, and that mutual contacts and witnesses are aware of the ongoing concern. This was never intended to escalate conflict, but your refusal and lack of respect for me, my family, and Tina’s family went too far.

I need to establish a clear record of notice and non-compliance.

My expectation remains that all relevant material will be removed voluntarily and immediately, just as you were able to so easily “stop” the Taboo Topics Edition after luring me into false business practices and “passive income” claims.

Accordingly, I request confirmation that removal has been completed.
